I started the day being in a foul mood, but somewhere along the day I forgot about it and now I'm feeling happy. Simple as that ;) For the moment I have a lot on my plate and a lot of uncertainties, so I'm not here as much as you may have noticed - if you have noticed at all . "Du Hast" was the hit I bought it for, but I love THE WHOLE ALBUM!!! :banana: I started listening to them in the mid-90s. The first time I saw them live ('97 or '98) was when I heard the best description of their live shows: "Fire, guitars, and screaming Germans - what more could you ask for?!" Like the story Chad Smith tells about Till Lindemann in the Made in America documentary: "First there's the fire of the mind" "Then there's the fire of the heart" "And then there's just fire - HA HA HA HA"

This thursday I got to experience Rammstein for the second time, this time with family and close friends. A highlight was being close to the stage with my 59 year old mom, and she loved it. A particular cool feat was that this was at a festival in my hometown. My mom is cool

Went to Danish Airshow 2016 yesterday. 140.000 people attended the event which was amazing. I got most of my musical curiosity from my mother, even though my father was a musician. The older I get the more I see the similarities between my father and I. My mother doesn't make a fuzz of anything, and my father was more passive-aggresive in a way. When he was watching the news and I was talking an ear off, he wouldn't tell me to keep quiet, but just turn the TV up louder, until I got the point. I have that same passive-aggresiveness in me. This is hard to describe. It's in the details. My father would need quiet time, especially when he got home from work, and I have periods during the day where I need to be alone too. My mom is more carefree, happy and very social. So if I broad-brush; my outgoing energies comes mostly from my mother, and my inward energies comes mostly from my father. I just recently realized that I'm quite the solitary guy - but not lonely.

This documentary was well done, but it only told one side of the story. Because of that, it came across to me as more of a propaganda piece. I think propaganda is too strong a word, but definitely one-sided. Well, it definitely had an agenda and it left me with more questions than answers. I think it made some valid points, but I would have liked to hear at least some of the other side to know how valid they were. Absolutely. It's a shame Sea World refused to partake.

I saw this before, it'll make you lose a few points in faith toward humanity that's for sure. The stories from the crew who had to kidnap this whale from its parents when it was a baby were terrible. Even they were almost crying! I saw one last night on Netflix about John Dupont and his wrestling compound called Team Foxcatcher. I never followed this story when it was going on and knew nothing about any of these guys before last night. It was really pretty good, I'd recommend it. It's actually pretty scary to see this guy go from lovable outsider to friggin' crazy in a bag. The home movies in this make the story. Team Foxcatcher sounds like a good documentary. I'll see if I can find it on Netflix :) Found it and saw it. You we're right. The home movies make the story. The part where he shouts something like "f**k the world. I'll kill them all" and they keep laughing was creepy.

Now that's really good news! It's wonderful that it will be full-time work. More money for you to earn. But the best is that he was kind enough to tell you something good about you! :) Exactly. It's nice to know that all the hard work I've put in didn't went unnoticed ;). I'm extremely modest so I'm not good at taking praise. But it does feel good :)

These days at work is kind of slow. People don't drink that much coffee in the summer. The warehouse department is well staffed the summer over, but a new opportunity arose to me. Over at the coffee roasters they're short staffed, so they asked me if I wan't to try it out. If all goes well it will mean 4 weeks full-time. Which is great because I'm out of school for that period of time. Talked it over with my boss and he told me that he thinks I will be the right one for the job, because I'm structured and well-organized. So that boosted my confident level a lot :) The more I learn and the more I can do, the more valuable I am for the company.

Did the same ride, but the other way around, and shaped off nearly 3 minutes! It's gonna hurt so wonderfully in the morning

This is pissing me off right now: Trying to watch The Bourne Identity on HBO and it keeps buffering every minute or so.
