MMCXII Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 I suppose mentioning Page as an influence was not necessary ? Who?? (I guess he meant his influences at that time?) Love that they list The Necromancer though The Necromancer solo kicks my ass, bounces it around like a basketball, and then kicks it again. Plus it slaps me upside the head. Yes! A good solo should make you feel 'rode hard and put away wet' by the end of it lol

"Pear" with a T on the end. Most assume it's "peert" or "pert" There's some clip of Geddy around here that has him saying something along the lines of "it sounds like 'ear' with a 'p' in front and a 't' at the end".
toymaker Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 So many of us think we know him, so we might as well just call him Neil . . .

I know I heard him say that too in a clip somewhere but Neil once said it's pear with a T on the end.. I think Neil himself has given up on correcting people and accepts "peert" because it's close enough.
