Indica Posted August 12, 2005 Share Posted August 12, 2005 Donna made some good stuffed zucinni the other day. She browned some hamburger with onions, then carved out a huge 15" or so zucunni. She put some mozzarella cheeze and some kind of spagetti sauce inside with the meat, then topped it with more shreaded cheeze. Threw it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Ummm, I didn't pay that much attention to everything that went in it and I'm sure I left some stuff out but it was good lol. I didn't think it would be that good before I had it but it was awesome. I grew a good garden this year so I've been eating a lot of veggies lately. I don't know if I like being called "Farmer Ron" or not though lol.
