Lorraine
I love armchair quarterbacks as much as I do armchair theologians. That said, what a game! :cheerleader: :cheerleader: :cheerleader: My neighborhood was as quiet as a cemetery last night.

Yet a rookie jumped the route and made the play though no one should have been expecting it. It's almost like the defense kn... Nah.... ;)

They actually practiced that exact play, and Butler got burned by Garoppolo and Boyce. Friggin' cheaters. Can you believe they watched films (FILMS!) of the Seahawks' games to figure out what plays they might run, and how they line up when they're going to run them? Name another team that would stoop so low. ;)

Tell me when he thinks a desiring will say something lucid and I'll be equally so. Sorry but it's the only analogy I could come up with.

Rick N. Backer
Just got back from the parade. 2 things occurred to me. The first is that I remember the parade after Super Bowl 36 was held in much colder conditions, and there was what seemed to be 10X as many people there. It was held on a Tuesday, so it's not as if it was a weekend crowd. It was the region's first championship in 16 years, The second, as a sort of segue, is that most of the attendees near me (admittedly I was in the Financial District) were middle aged or thirtysomething professionals. There were no little kids near me. I know that the players want to get on with their off seasons, but it seems to me parades are primarily for kids. They should have waited for Saturday IMO.
