As for the icon names, ES-335 (TRF member no.4) made up most of the first ten. Nowadays I make up a fully animated icon and run it by the other admins (just GG now). If they like it, it sticks. If they don't think it works, it goes back for adjustments. Some of the past ones took a few revisions before being finalized.
