Mara
Holy crap that's disgusting. It's not disgusting, They play an important part of a trout's diet & survival. Along with birds ect. http://www.troutnut....flies/index.php It's disgusting in a downtown setting and the things are swarming into your nose, eyes and mouth. Not too many trout streams in the 'burbs. At least not where I live - WI might be different! Maybe so, But it beats that many Mosquitos any day of the week. BTW, which also play an important part of life! :7up: Maybe get out of the "Burbs" more often. :P No. I moved to the 'burbs to get away from things found in nature, like swarms of mosquitoes and most particularly ticks. Nature is beautiful but I don't want to live there. Pave everything else. :P

Frasier: Look, frankly, I wish you'd start seeing someone about this bug phobia of yours.Niles: It is not a phobia. I have a healthy fear of our natural predators. It's us versus them and frankly I'm starting to wonder just whose side you're on.

troutman
How long does the infestation last and how do you get rid of them? Just let nature take it's course. They pretty much die off and are not going to start the next plague. :P

We try to get ALL of them to pick ONE day and do their business, but many don't cooperate..... Edited July 24, 2014 by Principled Man
