German power metal at it's best!!!

Nothing will ever touch Accept though.

Some could label the last two Accept albums without Udo power metal.

Accept Rules all Metal!!!

I have the last album it's pretty good, Rev-Raptor, what is a Rev-Raptor though? :eh: :haz:

Pat!!

I own every UDO album!

Rev Raptor is his last studio effort!

His new Live In Sofia is excellent!

Lots of Accept stuff!

I can't wait to see him on the Sunset Strip!!!

UDO is in LA on April 23.

Rush induction in LA on April 25.

I will be in Heaven!

Cool! I've seen the live album, there's too many albums out there!

It's endless my brother!!

Aye! :hail:

Goodnight mate!!

I could stay up forever and type power metal bands!

I would love to include SAXON.

Debatable.

I hate Kamelot! Sorry!

Cheesy Power Metal!

Kamelot sucks!

Americans take notice: stick with thrash. Even in the rare cases you can pull off Power Metal, you're still nowhere near the Nordic or German!

I totally agree with you! Sym"phony" X is from America but I guess they are more progressive metal? Progressive Power Metal? Not sure.

I like their older stuff but lately I'm bored with this band.

DEATH ANGEL is from the Bay Area! THEY FUKKING RULE! I used to be friends with one of the lead guitar players back in the day. He worked in Concord Tower Records!

As a matter of fact he turned me on to Eric Johnson back in the Eighties!

I was listening to another Helloween album earlier, Gambling with the Devil! Good album! :haz:

A bonus for me is on that album they have a song called THE SAINTS!! It's all about Drew Brees! http://saintsreport.com/forums/images/smilies/bandg.gif

Helloween's new album ranks as #4 album of 2013, consensus community rating (SW is 2)

I've heard the whole SOOH album now and I prefer it to what I heard of the new Stratovarius album. The Nemesis songs are catchy but where's the interesting guitar parts? In fact where's the guitar solos? The guitar player seems really talented from other stuff he's done but in Stratovarius he seems to be just the rhythm/melody line guy. The Nemesis tunes are a bit like Euro pop with riffs.
