On another note, just about 30 minutes ago I was walking home and the crosswalk time I had to cross was at 52 seconds I had never seen that before, the stranger part was that it shot down from 45 seconds to suddenly 20, and I don't think this was a censor based streetlight, and even if it were there were no cars in sight.
