HowItIs
I think it's kinda cute. Of course, I used to catch bugs when I was little...... As long as it's not a spider!!

That's like, a giant cricket! My hatred of spiders just took a back seat to "THEM!" *scratches New Zealand off of list of possible vacation destinations* I just showed my wife the pictures and the video and she said the same thing. She has no interest in going to New Zealand. That's fine. I can't wait to go there some year! I don't think they're all over New Zealand just this one area. I think this guy had go on a jungle trek to find it...

Look at the thorn-like deals on the arms and legs. ..Wouldn't want to get sliced on the hand/arm, with one of those. ..Freaky lookin', to say the least. That's like, a giant cricket! My hatred of spiders just took a back seat to "THEM!" *scratches New Zealand off of list of possible vacation destinations* You're ascared of spiders? Just big spiders, or all spiders? I pick up the little ones in the house and put them out back. But, I'd have no problem blowing away that massive cricket monster bug. Did I say scared? Nope. Hate them. I can pick up a Daddy Longlegs and put him outside, no problem. Any other kind get smushed. No thanks Jim. I can't stand any spider species!! Daddy Long Legs are harmless to humans but did you know that they are the most venomous spider on earth? I won't touch a spider outside my house, but inside they are all fair game. We get a ton of those brown house spiders every year. They seem to be getting bigger and bigger and bigger!!! Those crane flies are venomous, that's true, but did you know they've got no teeth to bite anyone with?
