Looks like almost two months of back to the wall baseball has the cards worn out. LaRussa with a mental error? The crowd was uber loud but come on. They have TV monitors of the bullpen.

Rangers have two shots at it, but I don't think they'll need both. Lewis nails it down tonight and Dallas gets a ring we never thought we'd see for the second time in a year.

GO RANGERS!!!

The Rangers never would have won that game if Tony LaRussa was still alive...

Yeah, I agree with WC. That was really, really weird, his explanation. I don't buy it. And, that call for whatshisface to run to second with Pujols coming up? I never did hear a clear explanation as to whose idea that was. WTH?

Game 6 has been moved to Thursday night because of rain in St. Louis.

Hmm, I wonder who's more helped by that. Could we see Carpenter in game 7 at some point?

On this day, October 27, in 2004 the Red Sox beat the Cards in four games and won the World Series for the first time since 1918. Baseball being a game of superstition, lets hope this is a good luck day for the Rangers, too!

Garcia did very well to get out of that only giving up 1. The Rangers have the highest wining percentage in the majors when scoring first.

BTW, the Mav's won games 2, 4, 5 and 6. smile.gif

Kinsler ground rule double ties it at 2. Rangers hitting Garcia hard, and he'd thrown 49 pitches to get 6 outs.
