iluvgeddy05 Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 In college, we had champagne breakfasts for seniors. Yes, this was a college-sponsored and allowed event that started around 7am. Yes, we would waddle off to morning classes, wearing our graduation gowns with college mug in hand. Those were the days! Now, I'll drink a beer before noon if it's an early lunch or if offered after a (running) race that happens to start in the morning. I think I had one after a 10 mile race I did a couple months back and it was probably before noon, but when you get up super early and run a 10 mile race, the only time you're thinking about is your running time! go2wrk@95974 Posted June 29, 2011 Share Posted June 29, 2011 My dad used to start off drinkin' a bud at about 11:30am..then hit the hard stuff at around 630 or 700.Not every day/nite though, but atleast 4 times a week. I learned my lesson watchin' him, that I didn't want to live that way. Me and my friend's used to drink quite a bit when I was younger (20-30's..who didnt?, amongst other vises) but not much now..I think ya grow out of it eventually. I'll have an accational beer or 6'er, but not very often...It eventually killed my dad( Pancratic Cancer), so I try to stay away from booze as much as I can.
