Local Publix has an "ethnic foods" aisle with a great selection of hot sauces unlike the normal Tabasco, Franks, Crystal, etc.  For the first time the Mexican section had Tapatio, which I picked up based on recommendations here.  YOWZA, nice bite, loaded some into a marinade that a load of chicken breast is bathing in prior to becoming fajitas.

I guess we can add Sriracha shortage to the long list of Biden-era economic crises

Saw Herdez Tacquiera street taco sauce, made the mistake of picking the Verde (mild) over the rojo.  Very disappointing, in both heat and flavor.  Hard pass.

If you have yet to try hot honey it's killer.

Mike's hot honey is awesome. I love it on pizza. Or dry roasted or Spanish peanuts.

Picked up a new bottle of Texas Pete.  That boy has become Sorry with a capital S, barely any flavor or heat.  Sad, hard pass, thank God I had a couple of alternatives in the cupboard.

Yeah. Little heat. It's OK on pork BBQ or greens but I rarely buy it.

Try some hot honey if you haven't

Been grilling nashville hot chicken as of late.
