Unfortunately, obviously, you can't see it on this pic. And her coat is nice and soft! When we first got her her coat wasn't as shiny, then we put her on Iams and it really improved. :) She still loves Mr Laser Pointer. Whenever we switch it off she goes around looking for it! "Where's it gone! Where's it gone?" I've done that with my laser pointer, and my kitty looks for it! :DCould you please give Scooter a chin-rub, and ear-rub and a stroke for me? Thanks! And *meow* comes from my kitty Boop to Scooter! :)Your cat's name is Boop? What a fantastic name for a cat! Bosco got wise to the laser pointer a few years ago. But for many years, she'd come running and start looking around the moment she heard the pointer's keyring jingle. I miss those days. In sort of the same way they like feathers and balls of yarn, cats find things fascinating. If you stick your hand underneath the paper and tap at it from beneath, kitty will lie down, head to one side and paw at the tapping sound and whatever it is they think they can see - which are just shapes. Rolling around is just their way of playing, I think. I was wondering if she was rolling about cause she was high on the smell of the newspaper/ink or something? I've not seen her eat any plastic bags but she LOVES to investigate them! LyndseyG Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 We're a bit concerned about Scooter... Over the last month or so she seems to have lost a lot of weight. Yet, she doesn't seem unhappy or anything. We upped her wet food intake to 1 1/2 to 2 packs a day and she still has her biscuits and treats and plenty of water but she's gotten so skinny! Her coat is nice and shiny and her eyes bright... We've checked her poop and there's no signs of worms or anything unusual. Anyone out there have any ideas?
