GeddyLeeRoth
Here's my version of their perfect set for the upcoming tour; a balance of what they should play, what they will play, and what I want them to play, while trying to stay grounded to reality... 2112-Overture & Temples Of Syrinx Manhattan Project Digital Man Earthshine Armor & Sword Far Cry (New Song) Jacob's Ladder Sprit Of Radio Hemispheres (entirety) -intermission- Camera Eye Anthem Time Stand Still Marathon (New Song) The Main Monkey Business The Rythm Method The Enemy Within Something For Nothing Limelight Xanadu La Villa Strangiato Bastille Day -encore- Tom Sawyer Working Man

LeaveMyThingAlone
No chance on The Camera Eye and Hemispheres in it's entirety. The band doesn't like TCE, and Geddy cant sinf Hemispheres anymore. It's funny, the band said they're going to pull out some "old songs" they haven't played in a while, and everyone seems to gravitate to pre-1982 stuff. Remember stuff off Test for Echo and Counterparts could be considered old too. I would expect we'll see some stuff off those 2 albums (Cut to the Chase, Double Agent, Cold Fire?), maybe 1 or 2 off Presto, etc. I would say we have an excellent chance at Jacob's Ladder too
spok
I've not compiled a setlist to meet the aim of this thread but wouldn't it be cool to see a chronological list with early songs first and later songs last? call it a stroll thru time
Scars
I for one would LOVE to hear the "Fear" tetralogy.

There's no way we get Hemispheres in its entirety. The best to realistically hope for is Prelude. I do think we'll get an abridged version of TCE. They'll be throwing all of us a bone there, same with Jacob. These will be the rarities Alex alluded to.... Instead of Digital Man, the Weapon will be this year's Signals gem to make the setlist. If we dont get a full Xanadu, I dont want one at all. Finally, I think we'll get In the End as part of the encore.
bigman208
I really think the boys will finally pull Tom Sawyer out of the vault. Its been way too long since we have heard that one. Honestly though, I'm very much so hoping for Jacob's Ladder.

Tarkus406
I can see them playing Presto. They were going to do it on the Presto tour but Alex couldn't make the fast switches between acoustic and electric parts. With today's technology and pedals and whatnot, I'm sure it can be done easily now.
GeddyLeeRoth
Presto is a great song, and proved to be a 'sleeper' track from that album for me, like several of its other songs. I would love to see it brought back 'for the first time'.
