1-0-0-1-0-0-1
A Sears Silvertone? If that were my case, I'd love it if an Alex 355 was in there.... Second choice would be a Les Paul Axcess.

jdouglas
1980 Howard Roberts Fusion. http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/6812/1980gibson02.jpg http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/3963/1980gibson01.jpg http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/8652/1980gibson03.jpg I was actually looking for a 335 or 359, but come on..the same year guitar?...was too tough to pass up. _pete_
I wouldn't have passed that up either. The few I've seen here locally played and sounded incredible. Very underrated guitar. Beautiful! I call dibs if you ever need to sell it.
jdouglas
well, now you know why I was out of the hentor bidding. Strangely, a white gibson doubleneck sold this week too.....go figure. but i was not 100% on that one so I didn't post it here (plus pete's guitar was on the block)

CygnusX-1Bk2
Nice! Even has the hard tail like Al's. The new ones don't.
_pete_
Are you gonna rout it for a Kahler and then cover the rout with a piece of sheet metal? Edited December 1, 2009 by _pete_
jdouglas
Thanks....yeah, very rare to see the hardtail original ones (and this one has the fine tuners too..although it's missing one, i have a few extras). I don't care for the "fingers" bridges really, which are on the Fusion II and Fusion III. If i had one of those I'd have to slap in a bigsby i guess. Yeah, that Kahler must have been a mess, since he retired it shortly there after. Edited December 1, 2009 by jdouglas

CygnusX-1Bk2
Yeah, I am officially jealous. I would definitely take a HRF over a 335.
