yyzyy Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 OH BOY!! Sounds killer so far! Wicked solo section near the end of Obfuscation!!
tripdad Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 You folks seemed pretty enthuised about this band! Now don't blast me, but I saw them with DT last year and thought they were horrible. Given the enthuisasm here I guess I will have to give them another listen. So "Colors" is a good start? I did come away from that DT show with a new band (for me) to listen to - Opeth! Really enjoyed them and have seen them another time since at a much smaller venue - HOB Cleveland. BTBAM just reminded me of Linkin Park wanna bees. Again, I'm not looking to be blasted - I will give them another listen.
JoenataArctica Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Colors is a great start. I felt the same way, i saw them back in 2006 opening for Dragonforce and thought they werent to good live. but they are now one of my favorite bands. To put the albums in order to listen to i would go Colors, Alaska, Silent Circus, S/T
Arnold Layne Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 I've heard the first two tracks from the new album, and as expected, it is fantastic. It is very similar to Colors, actually.
Arnold Layne Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Just saw BTBAM live for the first time last night in Louisville. They were nothing short of sensational, and by far the best Metal group I have ever seen. (I have seen A LOT of Metal bands.)
