liquidcrystalcompass
I thought she did a great job. Nice voice too. Wouldn't it be cool if while out to a nice dinner, the piano player in the restaurant started playing this version of Limelight?

ProfGumby
She should be a member here.... "This is the first Rush song I ever covered. People are always amused when I do this one. This is one of my favourite songs by Rush. Rush is my favourite Canadian band ever. All three of those guys are just such a supernaturally incredible combination of musicianship. The great thing is that with Geddy's wide vocal range, he likes to sing in keys at times that I can sing in so I don't have to worry about transposing the songs. That makes it even more awesome to play their songs for me. Because I love A flat minor/B major (it's also a staple Tori Amos key signature). Their music is so uplifting and really about lifting up the human spirit. And who doesn't love Neil Peart's drumming!!! And Alex Lifeson's guitar parts are the coolest!!! (I rely a lot on listening to the guitarist when doing covers). One of the funnest songs to play ever for me, on the piano!"
