That's because GG (with the help of RR and 1) tries to keep tabs on who's about to reach 2112, so she sometimes prepares her posts early and saves them in the secret Batcave...so that if someone posts a congrats thread before GG can post the badge thread, she can later merge the threads, and the official badge post will still be first.
