The Owl
O.K, Usually daylights dayvings time would have ended yesterday the last Sunday in October. I missed the memo that daylight savings time was not this past sunday (Oct 28). Much to my shagrin. I was complety confused as to what time it was this past morning. So when the hell does daylight savings time end? and why did they change it?

OK, but what diffrence is waiting one more week going to matter? I heard this debate in the eighties and during the late nineties. They said that if daylight savings time was moved forward in the fall and back in the spring even just a week, it would conserve some huge amount of energy. Daylight savings was extended in 1983 for the same reason. (You probably don't remember that. )
