And Grace Slick looks just like I remember her from seeing The Airplane in the sixties! Big Airplane fan here. At that show, I got backstage and invited Grace to come over to my house with the band afterwards. She said, "Thank you, but we have to catch a plane." I saw them again three times in the Bay Area on their 1989 reunion tour. She was stupendous! And when they played Lather, the crowd roared so loud that she jumped. A couple of weeks later she was on a local talk show with Paul and China Kantner. I was in the audience, and got to ask her a question. I love Grace Slick. She is one of my top musical heroes. I just listened to After Bathing At Baxter's the other day after not hearing it for a year or so - man, what an unbelievable album! They were one of the very best...
