Lerxst2112
Anyone here like this movie as much as I do? Definetly Johnny Depp's best movie, and not a movie for the faint of heart or the mind.
JohnnyBlaze
Yeah excellent movie. I was just talking about this flick last night with some friends.
Stormtron
One of Terry Gilliam's best movies, Depp's best performance, and Benicio Del Toro rules too. Great movie! The Criterion Collection edition is one of the best DVDs I have too.
subdivision40
I have this movie sitting in my house right now from Netflix. Haven't watched it yet. Maybe tonight. I've seen parts of it on TV in the past and that prompted me to rent it. Looooove Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro.

Isn't that the one with the beige/yellow/idon'tknowcolor package with the abstract picture of Dr. Gonzo and Raoul Duke on the front?
GeddyRulz
For some reason - maybe my politics, my interests, or my attitude - this film has been recommended to me personally by a few friends. And my older brother thinks I'd enjoy the book.
JohnnyBlaze
Both the book and movie are 1 of my favorites in each category. And I think the movie was an excellent version of the book. All actors did a top notch job.

Mustard Death
A fantastic film... I still need to buy the Criterion special edition. The book is also a must read, along with most of Hunter Thompson's other works... whether you see eye to eye with his views/morals or not. R.I.P.
