  1. Haven't been on here in awhile due to my computer being out of comission for about 3-4 months. HOWEVER. I saw Sigur Ros at Bonnaroo. To say they blew my mind is an understatement to how truly great they were. Easily one of the best concerts of my life. As good as when I saw Rush and The Mars Volta for the first time. I still look back and still can't believe what I had witnessed. On my birthday no less!

  4. I just finally realized I have an 8 pm class on Thursdays. It seems I am never going to be able to listen to another show live ever again!!!!!! I am always relegated to archives, which are Godsend since I don't know what I would do without my regiment of psych and prog rock.

  13. QUOTE (Rush! @ Jul 14 2007, 12:46 PM)Frank Zappa - You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore Vol. 1 Awesome live album, I love it.
  14. Miles Davis-On The Corner Moody Blues-On The Threshold of A Dream Moody Blues-Days of Future Passed The Flaming Lips-Zaireeka The weird thing about the Zaireeka CD I got is that it is supposed to be a 4 disc album so you can create a wall of sound to play simultaneously, but I got an import version with all four CDs in one for only 10 bucks. It still sounds kick ass

  17. Are you archiving this week's show Goobs? I don't know what it is, but I made like every show during the school year, but some reason I am never near my computer in the evenings in the summer because I am never in my house anymore, since I am so busy. Thanks Goob for archiving the shows, or I wouldn't be able to listen to them. Oh and thanks again for the sig. I use it for all the forums I go to a wear it as a badge of pride. I get compliments for it.
  18. Man I wish I had gone to see him in 05 when he came to Atlanta. Yet I still sit here and wait until he comes back. I sure hope he does. 61 and Blood are good albums. As well as Bring It All Back Home and No Direction Home: The Soundtrack.

  20. QUOTE (rushgoober @ Jun 24 2007, 08:40 AM) Yes Larks, that's a LOT of 70's prog. I totally need to get more 70's prog than I have, but I'm allergic to mp3's, so I just have to get them one at a time. BTW Lerxst, cool sig. Oh isn't it a cool sig? But not nearly as cool as yours.
  21. Well that is an extensive list you got there Larks. But even with my fairly extensive music knowledge, I am surprised I don't know even one of those bands. I guess I got to read up some more.
  22. Oh wow, when did you start archiving your shows?? I am glad for this, this summer has not gone well for me for catching shows, and I feel real bad for that. But its good to know I can catch them now. Kudos Goobs!
  23. Sorry I couldn't make it last night, I had some internet problems(AGAIN) back home, and couldn't make it. Hopefully some time this summer I can make it to a show.
  24. Can-Future Days I found it in a farking Best Buy of all places.
