A few years ago we were walking along the trail and came face to face with a Bald Eagle that was pirched on a log eating a Salmon. It was so AWESOME!!! Kinda scary I am trying to find the picture, it is a hard copy that I have laying around somewhere. The quality is FANTASTIC!! I will post it as soon as I can. I had to take pictures with my digital camera of the hard copies but they they still turned out pretty good. My friend and I were done fishing for the day and were heading back to the truck. He said look, and just ahead of us off the side of the trail was this Eagle munching on a Salmon. We were so stoked but also cautious because they can get nasty if you threaten them. He seemed ok with us around but did "HISS" a bit as we got closer.
