troutman Posted November 1, 2006 Share Posted November 1, 2006 Ok, no dead cub But here are a couple of photos of a Polar bear I took yrs. ago while working at Prudhoe Bay. He was out back near the dumpster just hanging out for about a week. Finally they had to tranquilize him and move him off the island for the safety of workers. The first photo is him sleeping and the second is after being darted in the back of a pickup. The fishing that week was really slow so I decided to go explore the surrounding area. I was walking past this side channel of water and decided to walk up it and I stumbled upon the boat. Some hunters had turned into a little cabin.
