Kid Gloves? Nope.

"Between The Wheels" for me.

BTW has an awesome solo, but Kid Gloves is an auto winner for me

Yes! The solo on "Kid Gloves" is lovely!

Dude I was having a conversation with "Grace Under Pressure" as a whole with Treeduck. He ranks the record 15th. It's absurd!!!! LOL!

"GUP" is my number 2 most favorite incredible album in the Rush Canon!!

Many Rush Fans can't stand "Red Lenses." To each their own but that drives me crazy!!!!!

I would rank Grace Under Pressure at like #9 or #10... about the middle of the list. Damn awesome album, but the others ahead are ones I listen to a lot more.

And yeah, I don't understand why people hate Red Lenses. Very proggy 80s tune.

I get it. 9 or 10 is fair. YES!!!!!!! "Red Lenses" is a very proggy 80's tune!!! YOU NAILED IT!!!!

I'm going to get a GUP Red Lenses Tattoo!!!!!

Kidding

Red Lenses is RUSH trying to be Talking Heads but sounding more like Talk Talk. It's bad new wave Earl by men dressed as trendy trash collectors with ABC haircuts.

Roll The Bones - who cares?

Counterparts - Who cares?

me

Me too. "Counterparts" is the last masterpiece by the boys.

Give me "Alien Shore" all day long.

Earl I think it's time for you to morph into the new Alex Lifeson, but 1978 era, no red suits and boxy shoes.

Cooll topic and a tough one for me.

Rush - Working Man

Fly By Night - Anthem

Caress Of Steel - No One At The Bridge

2112 - Soliloquy

A Farewell To Kings - Xanandu

Hemispheres - La Villa Stragiato

Permanent Waves - Freewill

Moving Pictures - Limelight

Signals - Digital Man

Grace Under Pressure - Red Sector A

Power Windows - Marathon

Hold Your Fire - Mission (The outro is that epic and timeless)

Presto - Presto/Available Light tie

Roll The Bones - Bravado/Ghost of A Chance tie

Counterparts - Animate

Test For Echo - Test For Echo

Vapor Trails - Vaportrails

Snakes And Arrows - Faithless

Clockwork Angels - Headlong Flight/The Garden tie

I could have had other ties on all the albums......but I have my #1’s for most records but on the post 80’s records (even though Presto is in 89 it is where the conundrum starts) the tie tunes were too close to separate.
