There are a lot of good albums here (Asia's album, Accepts, Night Rangers, Toto's, Uriah Heap's, Aldo Nova's) but for me its really a 2 way battle. Its either # of the Beast or Screaming for Vengeance. Beast is a good album. Screaming for Vengeance is Priest best album and an album that does not have a single bad song on it.

Screaming for Vengeance gets my vote and its not that close.

I've got to go with "Blackout" by Scorpions. That album single-handedly got me to pick up a guitar for the first time. I listened to little other than that album during 1982.

Unfortunately it was the last Scorpions album that I cared for, as they strayed a little too far into just being a hair-metal band after that.
