RUSHHEAD666
Thanks to the Roger Waters and "The Great Gig In The Sky" I have been listening to my favorite Floyd records. "Meddle" to "The Wall." I have no idea how to explain my pick, but my favorite Pink Floyd song is "Fearless." I love that riff so much! It sticks inside my insane mind like crazy glue. I love the chant at the end too. Reminds me of that scene in "Close Encounters Of The Third Kind." "Meddle" is so amazing to me still. I respect the Syd Barrett material. He was indeed quite a "Madcap" Genius. "The Final Cut" is the Final Butt.

RUSHHEAD666
It's down to "Meddle" "Dark Side" "Animals" "Wish You Were Here." These albums are like memorizing books like in the classic movie and book "Fahrenheit 451." All of these albums are engrained in my head forever yet to play them sonically is so Eternal. As Motley Crue tells me over and over again I need to "Stick To Your Guns." That is my favorite Motley song. So I'm going to take "MEDDLE!"

ozzy85
If you could eliminate St.Tropez, Meddle could be Floyd's first fully killer album. Went on one hell of a streak with this album 20 some odd years ago as a masterpiece
geezer
I find Meddle side B (Echoes) best Floyd moment but as a whole album I still choose The Wall with Animals as silver medal

Mystic Slipperman
Fearless... no, Echoes... no, Shine on! AAAAAAGH!! :) Hard to pick, man, those three are all way up there for me. MEDDLE is the album I couldn't do without though. For sure. And I love the Syd-era, and what immediately followed.

NOT A FAN! Not I. It's taken me 30 years to start liking anything on that record. I do like the title cut now, and Southampton Dock, but that's about it so far. Oh wow... what a fabulous room! Are all these your guitars? This place is bigger than our apartment! Can I get a drink of water? You want some? Huh?
