  1. VERY cool way to countdown to an announcement.. Cant wait!
  2. As much Signals as possible, then Kid Gloves and/or Afterimage.
  3. QUOTE (RushNut @ Apr 1 2010, 09:23 AM) QUOTE (greg2112 @ Apr 1 2010, 08:27 AM) I dont care much about the videos. Just turn the house lights down, play the Three Stooges theme, and go out and play. Don't you mean the Benny Hill theme? nope, its the original stooges theme they used on the signals through the presto tours (and I think VT as well)...

  5. QUOTE (Mara @ Mar 30 2010, 10:38 PM) QUOTE (LeaveMyThingAlone @ Mar 30 2010, 11:19 PM) Guys, Rush is already confirmed to play a lot of the same arenas they played in 2007 and 2008. I guarantee you they wouldn't get great ticket sales if they scrapped the classics and played nothing but B-Sides. Word would get out about no "Tom Sawyer, Spirit, Limelight, Subdivisions, etc" and they'd lose a big chunk of their casual fans A total B-Sides set list aint happening Agreed. Alex shot his mouth off once about how that would be a fun thing to do, and people took (and continue to take) it way too seriously. AGREE. We'll get some good stuff that hasnt been played in a while though. Mixed in with a couple of new things and staples, and it could be great.
  6. QUOTE (ReflectedLight @ Mar 31 2010, 06:30 AM) QUOTE (tel @ Mar 31 2010, 05:35 AM) QUOTE (GeddyLeeRoth @ Mar 30 2010, 10:34 PM) If they brougt back Anthem, Something For Nothing, Xanadu (scrapped this from their set too quick), Hemispheres, Jacob's Ladder, Camera Eye, Enemy Within and Marathon, I wouldn't care if the rest of the show was all Presto & Hold Your Fire. xanadu, dropped to quickly? this song has been done to death for decades! xanadu has been played but for me it never gets old. great great song live and alex brings out his beautiful doubleneck for that one. DITTO. We havent had a full Xanadu in years. As I've said before, Id much rather hear the old ByTor-Xanadu two-fer than some obscure "b-side" tune. I also hope we get a PW tour 2112 as well.
  7. Also... I dont think we're getting a b-sides tour, but we will get some nice deep tracks we havent heard in years alongside some staples. Mix that with a couple of new things, and it can be fantastic
  8. QUOTE (skalamander2112 @ Mar 30 2010, 07:33 PM) QUOTE (Alex @ Mar 30 2010, 07:32 PM) I have a good feeling Jacob's Ladder is going to come back! that would kick some booty I think its a lock
  9. Another scam to help an ailing industry by taking advantage of moviegoers. Ridiculous.
  10. I absolutely LOVED that movie as a kid. Seeing the ads for this new remake doesnt do it for me though, seems cheesy.
  11. I'd be fine with nothing. Just his synth setup, old school all the way!
  12. AC/DC Black Sabbath Cars Dream Theater ELP Fleetwood Mac Genesis Hall and Oates Iron Maiden Jethro Tull Kiss Led Zeppelin Metallica New Pornographers Ozzy Osbourne Police Queensryche Rush Smiths Triumph U2 Van Halen Who XTC Yes Zebra
  13. Yep, done it more than a few times. Actually saw TFE solo, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Got there early, read my tourbook and then absorbed the show.
  14. QUOTE (KennethRush @ Mar 23 2010, 05:29 PM) QUOTE (greg2112 @ Mar 23 2010, 05:18 PM) Great show AND major addiction. Best tv drama I have ever watched, period. Drama / Adventure / Thriller / Mystery ..Or that's what I classify it as Those too...

  16. The opening, low synthesizer sound at the very beginning of Xanadu. awesome.
  17. Great actor, especially his role as Mr. Phelps on M.I., what a great show that was.
  18. Im going to throw out a new one here: Dream Theater's version of Rainbow's Stargazer seriously kicks ass. One of their best covers.
  19. QUOTE (Rushman14 @ Mar 3 2010, 04:26 PM) QUOTE (metaldad @ Mar 3 2010, 02:19 PM) QUOTE (ReRushed @ Mar 3 2010, 03:26 PM) Okay, I gave The Number of the Beast a first listen. Question, they made better albums than this? If so, oh boy! Listen to Powerslave... and then save the best for last "Piece Of Mind" YES! Piece of Mind is certainly the best
  20. Don't know too much about him, but he's part of my greatest concert memory, as he opened for Rush at the Garden in 82. Should give him a listen
  21. Nice job on the grades and reviews, I agree with most of what you say (P-D). 22. QUOTE (Tony R @ Feb 25 2010, 08:35 AM) QUOTE (Natch @ Feb 22 2010, 03:59 PM) Does anyone know what the Radio City show will be all about? Will it be a continuation of The Incident tour, or a special setlist? Just wondering if anything has been announced.... The Incident will be played in full "for the final time", the rest of the set is unknown. Interesting. I'd like to hear the Incident live for the first time. If anyone has a clue whether they're coming to DC, please let me know
