Wow... thats high praise. My previously tepid interest has officially been piqued.

Nope... it was hysterically subversive. Love it, especially how long he carried on.

Now in DC, but born and raised in NYC. Saw my two favorite Rush shows at classic NY venues: 82 MSG, and 83 Radio City.

While "Rocks" certainly deserves the praise it gets, overall, I think Aerosmith is a very overrated band. Not saying they didn't produce some good rock and roll, just saying they do not rank among the all time greats, IMHO.

Scenes is the pinnacle for me, miles better than anything else they've ever released, IMO. Also enjoy Train of Thought, which kicks. I far prefer their latter material (SDOIT - on) to their earlier output, which I think sounds a bit dated/cheesy. Probably in the minority here among DT fans I know...

A few come to mind: Second Nature Witch Hunt Red Sector A (sick of it) Different Strings Nobody's Hero ...and the entire Roll the Bones, Test for Echo, and Clockwork Angels albums....

Same here... If there's a chance of a new album, Im glad to wait for a tour in late 2015 or early 16.

Black didnt bug me, thought it was good comic relief, and genuine appreciation for the band. And tool or not, I loved what Corgan had to say.

I saw Marillion in 1983 open for Rush at Radio City Music Hall. The boos were very loud. i was there as well (on the 22nd). Fish's presentation did not go over well to say the least. Never a fan of his era, but I like some of the H stuff, esp Marbles, which is excellent.

S+A -- Digital Man, Entre Nous and Circumstances back in the setlist? This wins. CA -- Cant be #1 for me with that stretch of CA tunes in the second set. TM

GREAT tune. Check out any of the Duke tour boots-- they opened with a powerful rendition of that song.

Absolutely, long over due. Would love to hear Prime Mover especially...and if they want to pull out a never played, Open Secrets would be ideal.

#3 Duke is a classic and the suite is amazing, but the album really sags in the middle (see Please dont ask, Alone Again). #2 And then there were three is very underrated.. nice dark mood and some great progressive elements. Love it, esp Lady Lies. #1 Genesis: IMO the perfect blend of pop and in a sense, prog for them. Top to bottom great (Illegal alien is a goofy tune but its fine). Too bad they went too far after this one.

There are some nice tunes, but Presto resides in the bottom tier of albums for me (along with everything succeeding it with the exception of Counterparts).

That one too! I think they're saving Surrender to Reason and The Bigger Picture for the next tour. I thought they played Surrender To Reason on the last tour? That would be a real bummer if my memory played tricks on me. Surrender to Reason is from their latest album man.. Unfortunately they left it off the setlist this tour, bad move. Actually thought the ADTOE tour was far better than this years. Too much Awake for my tastes, wouldve preferred more Scenes for anniversary shout outs.

...as for this announcement, MEH for sure...the news that phil is in rehearsals in florida (with jason bonham and TWO drumkits) is far more exciting to this fan.

Big Collins era fan as well.... On these remixes- I know alot of folks pan them, but I do find Trick/WW sounding pretty great. Yes theyre loud, but the power of songs like Dance and Quiet seem to really come through, as well as Phil's drums, which I cant get enough of. But I do understand/respect the arguments Ive heard against though (ie, some subtleties lost, etc).

GREAT tune. One of my all time VH favorites.
