  1. I just wanted to see what this whole "like" thing is about. :o I like how quoting a post doesn't take you away from the page!
  2. However, I also wish the formatting stayed :( :( :(
  3. I like how easy it is to change font formatting with a few clicks on the quick post bar. :) :)
  4. Completely agree with the CA comments, but this was not their best set list....not by a mile. Completely agree with the CA comments, but this was not their best set list....not by a mile. Yup.....right on the money. CA is awesome, but the set list is well below past tours. Yet I feel that it was one of the best tours (Aside from maybe Signals but I wasn't alive yet ;) )
  5. Congrats on the big bug fix, 73
  6. The first show I saw, I really wanted to see Manhattan Project. Got Dreamline instead. However, I then got surprised with a ticket to the show in Bridgeport and saw it there. Derp Derp
  7. He's playing the chords with rests in between instead of raking the strings. That's the only difference I noticed. I think they did a great job with that song, though!
  8. Apparently it's easy! Switching Manhattan Project for Dreamline? ...
  9. Hoping for another round and to hit Louisville or Nashville! Evansville, IN would be even BETTER! (hint hint)
  10. The speed is still an issue with me. Haven't had any change from yesterday. Maybe I just need to clear my Internet cache or whatever.
  11. I'd rather see the band with a smaller audience. Less morons to throw shit at you
  12. Wonderful! A "Top of Page" button! Very handy! Was there one the whole time that I never noticed before? <-going to have to get used to not doing that
  13. Board is running considerably slower for me, too. It could also be dis shitty Owensboro internet service, though. However, I'm pleased with the default skin! Looks very nice; awesome job! =)

Wasn't it Saturday? It is? Tbh, I'm not even sure now... Saturday, I think. I got it right..? Babycat and 73? http://www.funnycutepics.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/yeah-im-going-to-need-you-to-come-in-on-caturday.jpg I love the Internet
  15. I'd like to hear it, but I'm sure the band isn't so into it. I'd much rather them pull out some never-played Presto material that they could really have fun with. Perhaps Available Light A return for Scars would be bitchin' too.
  16. QUOTE (Dscrapre @ Oct 24 2012, 12:16 PM) Carnies by far. That's one of the meanest lines he has ever played. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to come across well live. Oh, and the solo from the Anarchist is just beyond great (along with basically every other part of that song) Yeah I thought the same thing. He doesn't seem to try to get the pinch harmonic thing goin' on stage. Takes quite a bit away from the riff.
  17. QUOTE (laughedatbytime @ Oct 20 2012, 10:39 AM) QUOTE (thesweetscience @ Oct 20 2012, 09:29 AM) If it makes you fee any better, I didn't get home til 3 in the morning yesterday because I was stuck trying to figure out why my VCenter update failed and hosed my hole management environment at work. Technology is a pain in the ass sometimes. What type of holes do you manage? That sounds like a hint if nothing else...
  18. QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Oct 19 2012, 08:58 PM) QUOTE (rushgoober @ Oct 19 2012, 09:43 PM) I wasn't looking forward to losing my old fave standby original skin, so at least I get that for a little while longer. Care to give us any hints on what the new board will hold in store for us? I was thinking of making a skin similar to the original skin, for old times sake. I'll try it if I have time. I can tell you the new skins will be very clean and easy on the eyes. I like the simplicity of the blue/grey skin. The color scheme is also very easy on the eyes. Anything similar to that is great.

  20. QUOTE (RushIslander @ Oct 21 2012, 10:34 AM) QUOTE (dtpoet @ Oct 21 2012, 09:05 AM)RushIslander - which row? Just Hopi g you weren't one the 2 guys I poked fun at! Lol. I was in row 6, seat 7...I had a red baseball hat on and was in full Rush spaz~mode. Nothing over the top though as I remained seated. I don't care about being mocked, but getting pelted with whatever that was, was a little ridiculous. After the second time, I just turned around and gave a general "hell YEAH!!!" response to most behind me. That seemed to end the attack...or their aim fell short by then, LOL! I could tell it wasn't from far behind me where the ballistic assault was launched. It is what it is, and whatever...I had a blast. GREAT SHOW!!! On a side note...I drove in from Long Island, and decided to go through Manhattan. Took the Williamsburg Bridge through Delancy St. to the Holland Tunnel...took about an HOUR and a half to get across Gotham City! Total grid~lock! Got to The Rock for enough time to grab one beer and a bight to eat then find my seat...then the house lights went dark before our "silent movie" into Subdivisions, LOL! Shoulda took the Cross Bronx... At least your assailants were right behind you My father and I kept getting pelted with ice cubes and beer cups in Bridgeport from the mezzanine thing above us. Shot a couple of middle-finger/f**k-yous up there but why would that end the barrage of projectiles we were receiving? We, too, were sitting down most of the show. We enjoy kicking back and taking in the show like gentlemen. http://ma1.twimg.com/profile_images/2626935547/ru0s04127otvbz6n761s_normal.jpeg I don't know if that was the reason for the attack or if they were just morons. (They were morons regardless)...
  21. QUOTE (Territorial_Game @ Oct 12 2012, 05:13 PM) Rock on buddy! My first Rush show was the August after I graduated high school (07, I'm still a baby too!)- talk about a present! Hope they stick around for a while so you can rock more. Same here. Graduated in 2007 and my first show was the July afterward.
  22. QUOTE (OGr8imL84AD8inF8sBlackSedan @ Oct 12 2012, 05:20 AM) How about an involuntary no work week...ever had one of those? I'm on one of those right now. It gave me an opportunity to visit my family in CT, though. Going home tomorrow.
