Just to be clear. Are you looking for a physical copy or mp3? The actual euro copy cd I bought was off eBay so that's what I'm familiar with You want to make sure "UK" or "Import" is in the title description. I prefer CD, but would settle for FLAC (which most services don't offer). I refuse to pay $10 for a MP3 album. :P I was mostly wondering how to tell it was the remixed version. Are you saying the import is 100% guaranteed to be the remix? If it's an import...100% -

Just make sure the record label is Ear Music. The import is also a soft cover. Not positive, but I'm guessing the original US is a jewel case. -

Yes, the self-titled debut album has the European version with the remixed/added guitar. I bought that version. I think the Japanese release has an extra track also...but it's an expensive cd. Their second album "Scatterbrain" is just killer...can't recommend it enough. The debut might be just as stellar. Lynch's solo on the song "I'll be OK" is one of the greatest things I've ever heard. -

New Tool? Blah!...I'm counting down the days to the new KXM album. The 2 songs released so far are good, but not quite Scatterbrain level. -
Happy Birthday, Lorraine! Enjoy your day. :ebert:

Albums you love despite their flaws.

Please Come Home has some great stuff. Marshmallow Fields, Julia... some filler too. The album cover just plain sucks though. That has a lot to do with a lot of the negative unfortunately. My band opened for them in San Diego on that tour. Maybe 15 people at the show. !5 people? That's a damn shame. Yeah, they have some odd album covers. I like the Bulbous one because it looks good on my tour shirt. One major flaw for me is they cut "Move Me" in two parts for some reason...irks me because it's one of my favorites. -

(since the list format seems blown up) Rush - Presto (thin sound, the songs are there) King's X - Please Come Home...Mr. Bulbous (weird, experimental album...not for everyone. Too short an album) Dream Theater - Falling Into Infinity - ("commercial" I guess, but it's a favorite) -
Safety Dance - Men Without Hats Dancing With Myself - Billy Idol Hungry Like The Wolf - Duran Duran Rockit - Herbie Hancock Another One Bites the Dust - Queen Prince

Hey collectors! Rush is now a Funko Pop set (cute dolls!)
rocket ignites replied to blueschica's topic in Rush
I never understood the Funko appeal for collectors, but yeah...I'd wouldn't mind owning the Rush set. -
"One" is my favorite Metallica song. "Sanitarium" would be top 5. "Fade to Black" is a bit overrated, imo.
