  1. Damn it all there's to many duplicate topics on here! Just answered similar one on lighted stage...
  2. Is there any Clock Work Angel topic among the 800 " Songs from CA YOU hope they will shelve" I just don't dig Seven Cities Of Gold, (at this time... subject to change at a moments notice.) Really i do think it's possible that 7 Cities might be the one to get excluded have some high notes in there might be tough for Geddy to do every other night.
  3. Front cover of magazine is damaged on mine also.
  4. QUOTE (laughedatbytime @ Jun 22 2012, 01:22 PM) QUOTE (EmotionDetector @ Jun 22 2012, 10:32 AM) I may be alone on this, but I'm happy for Lebron. Whether you like him or hate him, the guy has mad talent. He is the best all-around player in the NBA. Always near triple-doubles, which means the guy actually passes the ball to get assists. He's a fantastic talent, and doesn't deserve the criticism that goes his way. Glad he finally broke through the glass ceiling and won the ring. BUT...I also love OKC. Bright future for that team...I would've been happy with either team winning to be honest. I'm not happy for LeBron at all. He left his hometown team in a classless way to team up with two other players (one inarguably great and one arguably great) to win a title rather than be the clear superstar who led his team in a town starved for championships to their first in nearly 50 years. His basketball talent is inarguably sublime, but his character, IMO, is lacking. Screw LeBron. Really, I'm now officially ready to turn the page on all the LeBron drama. It's another (indirectly) dark chapter in Cleveland sports history that's the way the media and most fans here are treating it. Yeah I wished & hoped James never would get his ring... But now that it's happened, time to let it go and focus are attention on our current possible sport failures. GO TRIBE!!!!
  5. Richfield Coliseum Feb,18th or 19th? 1980.
  6. QUOTE (Rush Cocky @ Jun 18 2012, 08:14 PM) Kent State 5, Florida 4! And the #1 Gators are going home early! GOOO FLASHES!!!
  7. In concert, I sometimes wish Neil's drum solo's were "slightly" shorter...
  8. I always liked the Pumpkins and think it would be a really good bill to have them open for Rush( I remember Candlebox opened for Rush no more different then that) But we know Rush is beyond having a opening band at this point. One of the better interviews good job by Billy.
  9. QUOTE (laughedatbytime @ Jun 12 2012, 09:25 AM) I would be interested in seeing a poll to see who sports fans throughout the nation are backing. I'd see it's about 80-20, the Heat have reached a level of hate heretofore only reserved for the Yankees, Cowboys, and Dukies. Northeast Ohio does it's part in the hate the Heat department...
  10. Jason Kipnis homer in the ninth and Chris Perez league leading 20th save win it for the Tribe 4-1 taking 2 out of 3 against World Champ Cards. Then after the final out Perez proceeded to off the pitchers mound. gross....
  11. Go Thunder...
  12. As a Cleveland fan, I guess would have to side with the fan as the most suffering. But really the heritage & tradition of Cleveland sports failure Defeat in the worse imaginable way is to be expected and you become numb to it all...
  13. Indians beat the Tigers again 9-6. We lose series against the Royals & Twins but for some reason have been able to put runs across the board against Detroit..
  14. Heat turning cold...Go Celtics put Miami out!!!
  15. Kill The Irishman, True story of the 1970's Cleveland mob scene and Danny Greene who wanted to take over . Wouldn't want to drive a caddy downtown Cleveland in 1975... Car bomb central...
  16. Go Celts take game 5 ! Held my breath that last shot by Wade. I hope LeBron gives up on his team if things not going well like he did with us in that infamous game 5 at the Q against Boston 2010.
  17. There has been talk about cutting back on mail delivery days here in the States.
  18. QUOTE (Rick N. Backer @ Jun 2 2012, 09:07 AM) QUOTE (softfilter @ May 31 2012, 12:04 PM)QUOTE (Rush Cocky @ May 29 2012, 03:31 PM) Short of Tim Duncan breaking his leg, nothing is going to stop the San Antonio Spurs from winning the NBA title this year. I hope so, cause the Heat will sweep the Celtics. Last nights Boston choke job was there last hurrah in this series to be competitive. Believe me I hope I'm wrong!!! There you go. You're wrong. YEAH!!! And please Boston continue.....
  19. QUOTE (losingit2k @ Jun 2 2012, 11:38 PM) The only person other than Billy, I would rather have interview RUSH would be Chris Farley/ Unfortunately.. well you know! I bet Chris would start it like this.... "Do.. you.. do you remember that time..?" Man I miss him he was great!!
  20. QUOTE (Workaholic Man @ Jun 2 2012, 10:53 AM) QUOTE (metaldad @ Jun 2 2012, 10:37 AM) The only thing worse than getting Billyto do this is Jack Black . All the people in the world and they get Billy ? Corgan is OK, I guess, but I hope he doesn't try to get uber-intellectual. It is GOOD that they didn't get Black; he's an ass-clown, and he would make it about himself. Too bad they couldn't get Taylor Hawkins from the Foo Fighters. He's a big fan, and he seems to be quite down-to-earth and not full of himself, like Corgan and Black are.... Billy Corgan is a big fan, and thought is commentary and his personal feelings on what influence Rush was to him growing up insightful very well spoken on Beyond The Lighted Stage. Billy also made the speech for Rush on the Hollywood walk of Fame.
  21. QUOTE (Captain Avatar @ May 31 2012, 09:37 PM) Thanks for posting that man! I really like how honest Geddy was throughout the interview. I appreciate the fact that he said he didn't like Grace Under Pressure very much. Nowadays they seem to say every album is great. Until later...
