  1. I thought i read they do other songs then also, but I dont know if that's the case every time.
  2. Cool, good to know!
  3. Anyone know anything about Classic Albums Live? They're doing 2112, at a bunch of places including a PAC theater near me in NJ. Apparently it's note for note.
  4. There's some great videos of Rockin' In The Free World out there. Some of them may be posted earlier in this thread. I'll have to look for them. The HBO one wasn't too bad!
  5. If I said this elsewhere on the forum forgive me but Geddy's bass just sang to me throughout "Roundabout." And even if I couldn't really hear it p, just see him on stage playing like that was unbelievable . And Alex too. And I was glad to see the HBO broadcast because I was on the side of the stage and it was hard to see Alex in the final jam .
  6. I was there and yes they were. At least you got to hear the last half of Rick Wakeman's speech, the first half was just as funny .
  7. I'm so glad you got to go! From your video, it seems like you had a good view of Geddy from where you were sitting; that's awesome. I was really high up, only like 5 rows from the top! But pretty much side stage, so I was pretty close, I guess! Not cheap but totally worth it. I'm looking forward to the show when it airs, because while I could totally hear Geddy on Roundabout, it was hard to pick Alex out in the final jam, and my view of the video screen wasn't that great, so on tv it should be easier.
  8. And yes, he did make reference to Neil not being there, but included him in their well wishes to Yes. it was such a thrill to see them there.
  9. This may or may not work: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10154768938433277&id=718923276 I set it to public. Video isn't great, it was FB live.
  10. RRHOF on Friday....crossing fingers our boys join the jam at the end....
  11. I was lucky enough to get picked for the Sirius Town Hall in November 2015 and I was in the front row, a mere 5 feet, if that, from Alex and Geddy. And I got to ask them a question. It was SO exciting to hear Alex say "hello Laura" ("Lora" in his accent, :D .) they were both so entertaining in the interview, I'm sure you all heard it. After we got to officially meet them and get a picture. It was very brief, but Alex was just lovely.
  12. My personal 10/10 is Pieces of Eight, well I guess Aku-Aku is a bit off but other than that.... I LOVE Aku Aku!!!

  17. Rock 'n' roll Hall of Fame in Brooklyn in April and then metallica for the first time ever at giants stadium in May! Thinking about going to see Tim rRipper Owens at a small club here in Jersey at the end of this month .
  18. Yes, my nephew does! I should really think about it. I was all excited for awhile and then I found out I have to get a crown on a tooth and I looked at the checkbook. :P. Maybe Geddy will get a wild urge to make a side trip to Amish country afterwards! :D I have a crown in my future too, though not now, but I think it's inevitable. I love ELO also, so I'm excited to go to this.
  19. Get a ticket! Was it you who said you have a relative or something in Brooklyn?
  20. Well, either way I got a ticket off Stubhub and will be there. I really hope they jam at the end!
