  1. And since you made the last rec, I give you one you may already know. Intronaut - The Direction of Last Things I'm listening now :) I've only heard Fast Worms before but that was a while ago... This album has been good but a couple things this time spoiled it (not to do with the music). First I managed to listen to the first two songs on YouTube but then the next ones were "unavailable". So I switched to Spotify which has annoying ads every other song. And then my internet on my computer suddenly cut out before the last song. When I got it back again I listened to the last song but Spotify then took me to the next album so I got half way through that before I realised it was a different album. Despite that I did enjoy it (and the album Spotify gave me as well...) :)

  3. I hope you like instrumentals ;) Animals as Leaders - The Joy of Motion
  4. Me, I made the last rec. I meant who made the recommendation for me :) . But I'll recommend Blue God by The Mighty Bard to you :) That turned out to be a great record, a real nice mix of progressive elements and soulful bluesy solos. Felt really a lot like Gilmour in some spots but with prog wankery keys behind it (not that that's a bad thing) Also LittleRushmonkey, I choose Devin Townsend - Ocean Machine: Biomech I'll get right on it :) . Sky Blue and Dark Matters are the only Devin Townsend albums I've got so it'll be good to check some more out :D I really liked it. It definitely had that Devin Townsend sound that I don't know how to describe :) .
  5. Three siblings, two girls and and a boy, are playing in their fathers study when they find a packet of their fathers rifle bullets. Being young they swallow the bullets and their parents rush them to the doctors. The doctor says that the children should pass the bullets naturally in a few years and tells the parents they should be fine. Some years later one of the girls goes to their mother and says "Mummy, I've done a bad thing". "What's happened, sweetie?" the mother asks. "I pooped out a bullet in the toilet" the little girl replies. The mother sits the girl on her lap and explains. A couple of days later her second daughter comes to her and says "Mum, I've done something bad" "Did you pass a bullet in the toilet?" "Yes, how did you know?". The mother sits her daughter on her lap and explains. A few days later the boy comes to his mother and says "Mum, I done something bad" "Did you pass a bullet in the toilet?" she inquires. "No, I farted and shot the cat"

  7. Could you add a rule that we have to quote who we're recommending the album to like someone previously suggested? It'll probably save some confusion :)

  11. I've finished Blizzard of Ozz. It was good although probably not something I'd exactly choose to listen to. I enjoyed Revelation especially though :) . Sorry I don't know who to quote or respond to.
  12. So if someone tell me to listen to a album, I have to go and buy it? :S Wow, this game sounds expensive..... I assumed he means listen on Youtube or Spotify or something. Although I guess you could buy it if you're really into the game. Agent Fresco's "Destrier" is the album I'll post
  13. I have had that exact scene at my window minus the dog
  14. I'm sixteen. Guess I'm still a kid for another couple of years.
  15. It shouldn't affect your grades too badly should it? Maybe just don't come on in school times and set aside time to study for tests and stuff rather than coming in here :) . Although if the best thing is to leave then do it. I kinda took a month or two off the forum where I lurked a bit and very occasionally posted, not that I post a massive amount anyway, but it was kind of a welcome break :)
  16. This video from Download just makes me so happy for some reason...
  17. New tour since they didn't come to Europe last time. I'm not too bothered about some bootleg that I'll probably listen to once or might not even buy
  18. A young man is taking his girlfriend to the prom. He wants to make the best impression he can so he goes out to buy the best tux he can find. He finds one but there is a long line at the shop so he has to wait. He then goes to the florists to buy his girlfriend some flowers. He finds the perfect flowers but there is a long line again do he waits. He buys the flowers and then proceeds to the limo hire. There is also a long here so he has to wait but eventually he hires a limo. On the night of the dance him and his girlfriend are dancing and after a couple of songs they are thirsty. The man goes to get them some punch. There is no punchline...
