You're picking the Nats, huh?

Yep, though if you pay me enough I could change it.

You may want to, given my track record of awful predictions. At least I have good desires when I make them.

I learned my lesson in 2013. I make no predictions, and just hope to really enjoy the season. Our starting rotation is unbelievable. But we've got some real question marks on offense. We've got some key guys dinged up, and Rendon's injury is on the knee he plants and drives with. Guess all I can do is trust in Rizzo and Matt Williams.

About 1/4 of the way through and here's where I stand.... -32 in the AL standings and -11 in the NL Standings. Wow. I should just stick to the NL.

I am now -27 in the AL and -7 NL (although I suspect by year's end I will be only -3 in the NL). Again, I need to stick to the NL.... and not even try to factor the Red Sox (as they account for 10% of the total miss).

At least you picked the Tigers to beat the Red Sox in the ALDS. So you got that going for you.

Don't I know it. That's what I get for trying to predict softball.

Yeah, I threw up all over the American League.... but I think I deserve bonus points for putting the Astros at .500 or better. I might be the only one on the planet, even in the Astro organization, that saw that coming!

Not bad in the NL, though. I know NL baseball.... perhaps the reason I saw the Houston thing coming?
