priest_of_syrinx Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Weezer's last effort, Everything Will Be Alright in the End, was a huge return to form for the group, who had really hit rock bottom back in 2009 with Raditude. This week they released their fourth self-titled album (this time white), and it seems like they're staying true to their roots and making fun, sincere power pop. Anyone else digging this new release? It reminds me so much of the Blue Album, and that makes me happy. :)
Entre_Perpetuo Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 I just got Everything Will Be Alright In The End and I love it to death, I also got the lead single from this one, also love it. 1
Mr. Not Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Haven't listened to it simply because I'm not at all in a Weezer mood right now. Not expecting it to be as good as Everything Will Be Alright based on the singles I've heard. I'm sure I'll come around.
Segue Myles Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Never really liked Weezer much past the excellent Pinkerton. Always loved Beverly Hills though.
