EagleMoon
Before I got into Rush I was a big fan of The Who and Elton John. They were the first two groups that I really got into. Before that it was mainly songs that I liked.

Blue J
Over Under Sideways Down. -yardbirds Great song. So was Hey Little Girl by Syndicate of Sound. Came out around the same time I think. They were definitely '60s, though, weren't they? The Yardbirds' last hurrah was in 1968. (I thought the intent of the thread was all pre-Rush '70s )... No denying they're great songs, though. I'm not trying to pick gnat poop out of pepper or anything. Just sayin', that's all. I was thinking about that when I saw the original post with the Yardbirds song in it yesterday (as I think there was at least one other '60s song listed in that same post, too). Call me the time table policeman.
