There is one in the bathroom men's at my church. In my experience there are diaper stations in the Mens room more often than not. Maybe East Texas is just a lot more progressive than southern California ;) Im not really sure how any of those things are that revolutionary, not completely sure what number 3 is, but most dads I know do all of the other

To his credit he was always there earning the majority of the bucks and still is always there. Also to his credit I and my three siblings played sports all year round and I can never recall a game of mine that he didn't attend. The man cared and still does but just shows it in a different way...
Digital Dad
Yep. I dont ever rememeber my dad taking me to a park or anything like that. But he did always coach my baseball teams etc. I am different I do all kinds of stuff with my kid but I am sure he loved and still does love me like I love my kid. I am not sure but until my son was born I doubt he ever carrried a diaper bag around. Ha.

WorkingAllTheTime
I did all these things with and for my kids. So did my father. All of my friends who are fathers also do these things on a regular basis. Granted, my social circle is not a truly representative statistical sample of society, but it is pretty broad and I live in supposedly uber conservative, traditional family, blah-blah-blah Texas. The underlying message of the story seems to be "most men don't do these things" when, in fact, my experience is that most men actually do. Either this author didn't bother to actually talk to men who are fathers, or she has some really bad personal examples and experiences, or she's just another blogger (with her eyes on the stars.... sorry, couldn't resist the Rush reference) void of any actual sense of journalism. And, one other thing, I can't remember the last time a public men's restroom in South Texas did *not* have a diaper changing station... and judging from their condition, they are often used.
