The cowbell section of his solo from ESL is still my favorite bit of his soloing. That's the one!! He did variations on that on the Signals - HYF tours. And at that Buddy Rich tribute. My friend and I called it the Benihana because we saw a Benihana chef do a Salt and Pepper solo once and we went wild calling him the professor and trying to tell him about Neil Peart, drunkenly describing a Neil Peart drum solo to him.
