Is the Vault Edition the same one on the Sector 1 set? I thought they said that they'd lost the original tape for the original one. Or did Andy Vandette get it from somewhere else or something? Edited by greenguy1017

ATWAS....that's what got me into this band in the first place! (and the friend that played it for me was notorious for playing like two minutes of something and going "oh check this out!" he let the WHOLE thing play, and I was HOOKED!!!!

Holy shit. I just relistened to the version on BTLS with Rutsey, and it's awesome. Lifeson goes nuts, Geddy is crazy, and John is a monster, driving the music. I'd kill for this sort of improv this time round.

It's a fine performance...well, except for the tempo problems. ;)

I am definitely not one of the Rush fans who likes to hear exactly what they did in the studio when I go to a concert. I'll take a crazy energy with tempo problems and a couple of muffed fills over a reproduction of the studio sound every day of the week.

QUOTE (metaldad @ Aug 8 2012, 01:10 PM) Diff Stages

Any reason behind that one?

Probably the coupling with Working Man/Fly By Night/ In the Mood. Sure worked for the crowd at the Odeon!

Like I said, it's a fine performance.

That's not what you said, but I'll take it.

Good. I can rest easy now.

Of course, different songs for different times, but one has to be your favorite, right?

I think thier FIRST album is the best! (Im lucky to have a MASTERDISC copy)

From the Electric Rush bootleg, December 5th 1974. It has the By-Tor section that ABC 1974 has but Alex's solo is longer and better.

That's the "Rush Hour" boot, right?
