I really dig Wish Them Well...reminds me of Test For Echo (my favorite Rush album) in its catchy/accessible-yet-heavy vein. I could've really gone for one more 90s-type rocker like that, and that would've truly sealed CA as a top album for me. Edited by NYM86

Yes too much music,too much guitar bass too heavy drums recorded wrong Need new producer I am sure the live performances will be too loud,then not old enough lights will suck beer will be warm,concert t-shirt will be cheap crap too,parking will be horrible. goodpost.gif

WAAYYY to much music. Or, to my tastes anyway. I bought this for Neil's tasteful banjo playing but apparently it's completely buried in the mix with the stupid guitars, bass, drums, and (sniff) someone had the audacity to play a little cowbell at the beginning of SSOG (might want to fact check the specific song, but I'm 93.67% sure).

 

I blame Nick's mixing. I was expecting brickwalled banjo!

I lost the banjo in the mix! Guess I'll have to turn it up... Guaranteed it needs more cowbell.
