I just received an e-mail from Universal that my replacements are on their way. RobertRobyn...Amazon exchanged my sets, but the sets were the same with the same flaws. I can't tell you just how impressed I am with Rush, Universal music and the young lady, named Tammi from Universal who assisted me.
