Does anybody nowadays use brushes anymore?

A truly near lost art in drumming, it is rarely seen anymore. Most rock drummers don't even own a pair. I don't think Neil has ever used them in fact, at least on any Rush album. Maybe that can be Neil's next fad? rofl3.gif

In fact, I don't think anybody even used them on the Burning For Buddy albums? rofl3.gif

Anyway, this is truly amazing!:

Maybe one day Neil and Portnoy can do something similar! z7shysterical.gif

Hey dude! You are on a "roll!" Pun intended! Rolls suck with brushes!

I actually have a pair in my stick bag attached to my two floor toms but I will honestly say that I haven't touched them in years!

ROCK ON!

HIT FAST HIT HARD!

Brushes are for PUSSIES!

Brushes are fun, but for the music I play there's no real practical use unfortunately.

Same here but it is always good to Brush up on stuff biggrin.gif
