Ah yes, the PF200 in antique white from 1978 that I used in a Rush cover band called 2112. All original and those old Super 70's pickups ring and scream...Now used for Gary Moore and Led Zep cover tunes when jamming.... biggrin.gif

Wicked! There's paint on the pickguard -- I assume there's a clearcoat on it to prevent scratches? Looks real good.

..i just love LPs, doesn't really matter who makes em, it's hard to make a Les look bad!!

The Les Pauls are "Lawsuit" guitars, which I believe resulted in the PF200 style alteration. Ibanez also made other Gibson models like SG's, Explorers and V's. I had an Ibanez 12 and 6 doubleneck that was essentially a Gibson EDS-1275 like Alex's first one, but I sold it because I didn't like it very much. Edited by CygnusX-1Bk2

Heh, it looks like you have a thing for Ibanez.

Heh heh, I call myself an Ibanez endorser that Ibanez doesn't know about. Gibson sued Ibanez in the 1970's and that did result in the PF series and the changes to the Destroyer to differeniate it from the Explorer. I like the PF's because they are contoured on top, obviously unlike a Les Paul, which for me makes it more comfortable. Had another one but had to put it down, after I took all the hardware off of it... biggrin.gif
