This is my like.. what, two-month pottery project? I did for school. Not sure how long it really took but it seemed to go on forever. Between sketching out the design, getting it approved, building it, re-doing it because it cracked, making the lid, the figure, the faces, carving in the Greek characters, on and on and on.. But it was so worth and the photos don't do the piece justice. So yup, "Hemispheres". In pottery format. I got this image in my head and, though I am NOT an artist, I had to get it on paper. I did it in colored pencils first then did the highlighting in watercolor markers. It's no great shakes but it did get that image where it belonged. Maybe somebody better at this than me can do a better version....
