I don't know who the guy is, for all we know it's his son, other family member, a good friend who knows. Something about being at a resort down in Florida somewhere and the random dude was in the next condo or something. Anyway, it wasn't anything weird and the dude wasn't random and wherever it was, wearing a shirt was optional...
