rushfanNlv
Congratulations Mort! Nice looking bass. Have you played bass before? Are you going to use a pick or your fingers ala Geddy? If you answer fingers, get ready for some blisters and calluses on both hands. It's worth it but your hands have to go through a breaking in process. Here's what my Samick is like: http://www.fxmusic.pl/foto/foto_97_3.jpg It's just that mine's a 4-string, not a 5, but otherwise mine looks pretty much the same. Drumnut
Ahhh, a new bass! What a great way to meet your neighbors!!! Nowhere near as good as a new set of drums though. What about amplification, you do have something to rattle the paint off the walls don't you?

Jon
Really nice looking Jazz Mortkort. Looks very like one that Fender Japan were doing a year or two ago, that I really liked the look of. Congratulations.
GeddyRulz
Nice, Mort! I like the inlaid fret markers and the Duncan pickups. Squier makes good affordable basses.
