Spirit_of_2112
During the summer I love relaxing on a steamy night with a solid glass of bourbon. What distilleries is everyone into? Right now I'm working on a bottle of Van Winkle 12 year Special Reserve. I've also had Pappy Van Winkle 15yr, Evan Williams 12yr, Knob Creek, Makers Mark, and Jim Beam Black, and some other mass produced swill. So far my fav is the Van Winkle 12yr, the smell is heavenly
Faithless
An easy favorite for me: Woodford Reserve. It's truly amazing.
King Rygar
I just recently aquired a taste for it, so I have VERY little experience, but so far I am enjoying Jim Beam. I have had some Knob Creek as well, but I got so drunk, I can't remember anything at all about the taste!
Spirit_of_2112
Beam is pretty standard. I usually only drink it with coke. If you are looking for something to drink neat or on the rocks that doesn't break the bank try Jim Beam Black 8 year. You can find it most places for under $20/bottle. Midway Hawker
Knob Creek is made by Jim Beam, and aged 9 years... You can find it on sale for $20 sometimes.. But, Jim Beam Black is maybe as good, and you can find it on sale for $15-18 so this is my choice along with Maker's Mark. For a $25-30 bottle, it would be Woodford Reserve!!! Spirit_of_2112
If I drink too much dark liquor I tend to get way too messed up so now I only have a glass or 2 with a cigar just to relax. Moderation is the key!

grateful4booze
My favorite is the 21 year old Black Maple Hill single barrel. Woodford is swill!
Weakly Criminal
I very rarely drink bourbon anymore, it's just too hard on you. When I do it's usually Wild Turkey 101. Mostly for sentimental reasons,
