Buying each individual CD that I had never heard, and finding bad-ass songs not included on greatest hits collections
  1. Who listens to radio anymore anyway? iTunes and hopefully an album later. Then another tour?
  2. I just got Season 1 of Sarah Connor Chronicles on Blu-Ray and WOW. I'm really starting to see the difference in blu-ray and regular dvd. It's astounding! I think there is one more episode airing monday night, then the show moves to friday night starting Feb 12-13 after Christmas break... FWIW...
  3. This has become my most favorite show ever now! I was bored and noticed it up on XBox Live. I downloaded the first few episodes and been hooked ever since. My favorite episode is "Self Made Man", although I like em all. I got Season 1 on blu-ray as well, gonna go back and watch em that way! I've noticed I pick up on stuff that I missed on first viewing, and it's a good excuse to watch again
  4. I am in the middle of Season 3 of Enterprise DVD, and indeed, I am in love with it! I just finished the episode "Twilight" and it's as good or better than any Next Generation Episode I've seen. I dissed on this show simply due to the intro song. Man I missed out. It's very sad Trek is fading, hopefully this movie will help things...
  5. I am dying for anything Trek, and this movie is going to kick ass, I hope it gets Trek flowing again! I just started getting into Enterprise after years of avoiding it, and it turns out to be great. I love seeing the early days! If this movie breathes new life into the franchise I'll be happy. I love what he says about optimism. We need that these days!
  6. Die Hard 5 - Dying Hard Dude, Where's my Penis? Ernest Goes Insane! Ernest Goes Postal Ernest Goes Gay When Harry Met Sally's Mom The Jar-Jar Chronicles Volume 1
  7. I enjoyed it.... I loved the others (even Temple), and yes, this one seemed at bit worse than any of the first three.. But, I say it was worth seeing. I have gone and seen FAR worse movies recently. It was "fun" but not "perfect" like Raiders. It was almost sad at points. Lucas and Speilberg both were very reluctant to make this movie for the very reasons many here have stated. Speilberg stated that there wasn't much new as far as action goes to do, basically the genre has been done to death... They also knew that no plot devices could top the Ark or the Holy Grail, but they made it anyway because they wanted to have fun again like they did back in the old days. So they had their fun, and the movie is whatever you make of it. Sorry, I'm rambling
  8. You know, I was thinking about all this the other day, and I totally undertand how it can get weary for Mr. Peart. I got what I considered my "dream job" early this year. I was euphoric! The first two months that euphoric feeling stayed strong, but now, I am already starting to get weary of it sometimes. Sometimes I just would rather stay home and enjoy life there with my family. That is so much more important to me, nothing can ever really be more important than that, no matter how exciting, glorious, or glamorous something else might seem.
  9. The first song I learned on bass was Middletown Dreams. Not easy, but doable. I'd certainly go with The Pass. I still love playing along with it!
  10. Hey there friends! Just wondering, are any of you here fans of Rifftrax??? Rifftrax.com If you were ever a fan of mst3k, you will love this!!! My current favorite is the one for Eragon... Anyways, just wondering if any here are mst3k/rifftrax/film crew fans?
  11. I'd sure sprint, hell, he should ride a motorcycle 100mph off of the stage, and straight into the back of a semi-trailer-ALA Knight Rider. Who give a crap? I would run to. Lord knows whats waiting for him in that tour bus....Great boooze, Mary Jane, etc...Food...who wouldn't wanna run to that? What? Hang out in some dingy room at the venue? CMON PEOPLE
  12. I love em all, but if you're forcing me to pick one: THE TREES !!!!!!
  13. Well what Peart says in Faithless doesn't bother me at all, what he believes is up to him, it's his soul on the line, not ours. But keep in mind, even though he didn't attack a specific religion, or say "Hey, I don't need your Jesus to have hope etc", people need to know there are some out there who would kill an "unbeliever", simply for not believing. Our freedom to speak out is something to fight for, which I think we can see the boundaries of being tested in our days. "Better watch what you say"... Peart said it best...
  14. There are so many, I will have to just go with the first one that came to mind.... Resident Evil Apocolypse ! That was BAD bad.
