JohnnyBlaze
This one's nearly a decade old. I don't draw these days (just due to other interests). I always thought that the 'softness' of women was particularly difficult to capture. So, if I couldn't draw them soft then I thought I should try making them 'hard' and muscular. I'm fairly sure I was looking at a comic book (can't remember which one) when I drew this. I can't remember which art & colored pencils I used specifically. And I seem to have titled it 'Alexandria' for a reason that I also can't remember. Those days were really a bit filled. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c107/andrewq2112/Miscellaneous/1dab.jpg (edited for poor grammar) Edited June 23, 2006 by JohnnyBlaze

Well, maybe. Texture and color. It affects people I can't tell you how many paintings that I've done just for practise that people buy. I keep waiting for them to call and ask for their money back because maybe they were drunk or high and didn't know what they were doing.
LakesideMaiden
I did this drawing back in high school, as well. I still draw on the occasion, I'm working on a sketch (line art really) of my farm the way it was before it burned down that I'm going to scan in and colourize in photoshop - if I can ever get a wacom tablet - and give to my grandmother (it was her house). I really want to get back into painting too...anywho, the drawing... http://ic2.deviantart.com/fs6/i/2005/064/4/1/Faith_by_LakesideMaiden.jpg and if for some reason it doesn't come out, here's a link to it... JohnnyBlaze
Drawn about 10 years ago, it's an amalgamation of a comic called Gen13 (or something like that), a picture of my best friend Jen from uni, and the cartoon Aeon Flux. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c107/andrewq2112/Miscellaneous/jenesis.jpg

2 Soups
I'm sculpting this with modeling clay I picked up at a " Michaels" store....it has lots of hobby type stuff. I'm trying to figure out now, how to create a mold of it so I can cast it in poly-resin or something...

I go on ebay and search the web. As for how to do it, I just ask other artists. They're usually helpful and like to talk about their work.
